Do you allow refunds or returns?
All sales are final. We currently do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges.
All items are handmade and discrepancies between photos on our website and the actual product may occur. Please note that this is not a defect in any way.
We reserve the right to refuse any orders or returns at any time.

Do you ship internationally?
We are working on being able to ship internationally, but we currently only deliver within the Philippines only.
You may contact us for any wholesale inquiries. 
When will my order be delivered?
All products are designed and dispatched from Manila, Philippines. Processing time for orders takes within 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends and holidays). Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery. We try our best to ship your products as soon as possible. 
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping flat rate costs PHP 250 for all orders. We offer free shipping for orders PHP 5000 and above.  
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
Due to the extremely limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your order.
What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept all payments sent via Paypal.
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account.
We accept online transfer and over-the-counter bank deposits through Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) which must be paid within 2 days of the order confirmation being sent.
All items are handmade and produced in limited runs which is why products are not restocked often. Any restocking will be announced via Instagram.
